Shipping Policy

Deliveries 

 

Under normal working day orders will be delivered to the customer within 24 hours around Nairobi and it's Metropolitan areas. Orders received after 3.00 PM are not guaranteed be processed on the same day for dispatch and will be treated as a following day order. You can find the shipping costs of the items in your cart by entering your postal code into the box in the bottom right of the shopping cart. Estimated delivery time for countrywide delivery is within 48 hours on work days and upto 72 hours if orders were made after 3.00 pm on Friday and throughout the weekend.

 

Normal estimated Delivery time for global orders shipping is 5 to 14 business days.

 

Customs fees may applies for customers outside Kenya.

You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

 

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Products sold during a Sale or gift cards items.

 

 

 

Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

 

 

 

 

 

We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

 

 

 

The returns will be made at your own cost.
